Our Seafood Chef
Chris Bodensky leads the kitchen at Circles as Executive Chef. Bodensky got his start working in New Orleans under Chef Emeril and Chef Prudhomme at Commander’s Palace. Bodensky later continued to master his craft, becoming Executive Chef and co-owner of Circles.
Chef Bodensky’s time in New Orleans developed his love for Cajun-style cooking and seafood, which now influences his menu creations at Circles. For Chef Bodensky, the art is in the craft, and he devotes his time to sourcing the best ingredients and creating bright dishes with rich flavor profiles and handcrafted spices, flour blends, and sauces.
Under Chef Bodensky, the Circles’ menu continues to feature crowd favorites with premium seafood, seasonal vegetables, and elite wine and drink pairings. And somehow he keeps it elevated yet approachable.
