Book a Party at Circles Waterfront
Circles offered large group reservations in our dining room as well as our private Garden Room. Our dining room option is a large half booth table that can fit groups of 13 to 15.
For larger groups we offer our Garden Room, an open air room with a roof covering. This is the perfect setting for rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, corporate parties and holiday gatherings. This space fits a maximum of 36 guests and Circles will work with you to develop a set menu for your event.

FAQs
Can we decorate?
Decorations are allowed within limits, (decoration that are not allowed are listed but not limited to; poppers, confetti, glitter, balloons with glitter, etc.)
Is there heat in the Garden Room if it’s cold?
The area has a large fireplace and overhead heating panels as well.
Is the Garden Room air conditioning?
The space is an open area dining space that is covered from the sun by a roof and is equipped with rotating fans.
What happens if it rains?
The space is covered by a roof but in extreme weather some of the areas can get wet from sideways rain. There may not be a space to move your party in the case of severe weather.
Is the space handicap accessible?
Yes, there is a path through our outdoor dining space that is accessible, a staff member can direct you here upon arrival.
Can we bring our own cake or desserts?
We allow you to bring your own cake, but we are not able to store it in a refrigerator.
Is there AV equipment?
There is not AV equipment and bringing your own equipment is not authorized
Can we hire live entertainment or a DJ?
Circles does not allow live entertainment or DJ’s to be hired, music will be lightly playing from the speakers in the space.
How many seats are there in the room?
The Garden Room can fit up to 36 people
What is the cost?
The room rental for lunch is $150 and for dinner it is $250. There is a $40 minimum spend per adult on food and beverages.
How long is the reservation for?
Reservations are for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours
Is there a set menu?
For groups of 20 or more there is a set menu for your guests, we will work with you to help create your set menu for the event
Do you provide decorations or linens?
Circles does not provide any decorations or linens
What if more people show up?
The contract you sign will determine the number of people that are allowed. If more people arrive we would not be able to accommodate them
Can we come early and set up?
You may arrive 30 minutes before the event to set up
Is there an option for a cash bar?
All drinks must be ordered from the event server(s) and are part of the event check. You will be provided options for which type of beverages you want your guests to be offered during the event.
Can we bring our own food or drinks?
No outside food or drinks are allowed besides a cake or a wine bottle (wine bottles are only allowed if they are not currently on our menu and are subjected to a $15 corkage fee)
