Circles Coronavirus Response
We wanted to touch base with you, our loyal Circles patrons, as we wade through these difficult times together. First and foremost, we wish you peace of mind and good health during all of this uncertainty. We currently remain open for both dine in and take out services, and we are following all federal, state and local guidelines while doing so.
Our existing policies and procedures uphold the highest standards of hygiene in order to insure the protection of both our employees, and our customers. The safety and security of all our guests continues to remain our highest priority. However, we have enhanced our already high standards to make hygiene protocols even more rigorous than usual.
In addition to following the CDC, public health officials, State of Florida and Hillsborough County protocols, our management team is receiving ongoing briefings on enhanced operational procedures on a daily basis. As you know things are changing rapidly, but we are committed to staying ahead of, and on top of these changes as they develop. We have increased the frequency of cleaning in our private & public areas (including our reception area, door handles, bathrooms, etc.) with high grade disinfectants labeled 99.9% effective for Coronavirus. We have been instructing employees to stay home if they are sick or experiencing any cold or flu symptoms, and we won’t let anyone return to work without a doctor’s note.
In the meantime, we hope you’ll hang in there with us as the situation continues to unfold. Please stay safe, and we look forward to getting back to business as usual and serving you under better circumstances in the (hopefully) not so distant future.
